Swedish

A relaxing massage for the entire body, resulting in relief of stress and mental and muscle tension. Through regular scheduling, it promotes overall health.

Myofacial

Use of slow strokes and deep pressure, this therapy promotes the release of facial restrictions and allows for the lengthening of connective tissues. Also allows increased flexibility and range of motion. It is soothing and relaxing, while decreasing or eliminating pain and stiffness.

Neuromuscular Therapy

(Trigger Point or Myotherapy)

By applying concentrated pressure to trigger points (painful irritated areas in the muscles) in order to break the cycle of spasm and pain.

Sports (event)

In preparation for an athletic event such as biking, skiing, swimming or team sports, pre-event warming of muscles, reduces the chances of injury. Post-event reduces recovery time preventing muscle soreness.  

Orthopedic and Clinical Sports

(Injury Rehab)

This is a multidisciplinary approach to treating such conditions as frozen shoulder, planter fasciiatis, and carpal tunnel syndrome that occur to people who are not athletic as well as the serious athlete. This also maintains the athletes fitness.
