Policies
·All
services are provided by appointment only, Monday through Saturday. Touch
for Healing Therapeutic Massage is not open Sunday or traditionally
recognized Holidays.
·All Massage sessions except Sports include music unless client
prefers otherwise.
·All clients are required to complete a
Client History form at their first appointment. The therapist will review
the information and discuss it with you should you have any questions or
concerns. If contraindications are present, written permission from your
medical or chiropractic physician will be required before the preferred
service. There will be no charge for this initial visit if no massage is
received.
·Gift Certificates and Packages are
available, these are valid for one year from purchase date and noted on the
certificate. All Gift Certificates and Packages must be paid for in full
upon receipt.
· Please be courteous to the therapist
and the clients who follow you by being on time for your appointment. If
you are late, your full service time may not be available and you will be
charged the entire fee.
·Please call to schedule an appointment
at least 24 hours in advance. Remember that your appointment time has been
reserved specifically for you, the client. To cancel or not show up at the
last minute does not allow enough time to schedule anyone else in that
appointment slot. Emergencies aside, we strive to minimize last minute
cancellations and no-shows. Thank you for your cooperation and
understanding.
·Payment in
full is expected when services have been completed. Cash and personal
checks are accepted. Insurance forms are not provided nor completed at this
time. If your insurance covers any of the services you are receiving, in
whole or in part, it is your responsibility to check with your carrier to
submit your claim for reimbursement. Specific therapy codes can be provided
to you for this purpose.
